Ni ⟵
Introverted Intuition.
secondary cognitive impulse makes internal, abstract connections/meaning.
Partners with Se, the dynamic between noting external observations as evidence (Se), and interpreting meanings beyond that (Ni).
I have better control over Ni's deduction, and my "gut feeling" generally ends up correct.
Having Ni>Se, I often put effort into trying to explain my Ni thought process in words... and make 0 sense in the process.
Ni processes and remembers the conclusion that Se sees. In action, I'll remember the "A→D" processing, over the evidence.

Extroverted Sensing.
external cognitive perception is through 'soaking-in' the immediate experiences.
Personal weakest b/c I fall into Se's pitfalls, due to ENFJ 'defaulting' to extroverted functions. Appreciates sensation-based pleasures.
Perceives the current, objective moment, opposed to Ne viewing abstract potentials as their reality.
Works together with Fe, by collecting external evidence of others' emotional states (and running it through Ni's deliberation). Reaction is through Fe's judgement.

Extroverted Feeling.
dominant cognitive attention is placed on others' emotional needs, and moral experiences.
Partners with Ti, a "seesaw" between personal logic and judgement of group's ethics.
I subconsciously place greater priority on validating others' emotional values, than voicing my own subjective ones (Fe>Ti).
Fe is not inherently "perceiving" of others' moods (that's Ni-Se's job in conjunction with Fe), it only weighs those external values.
Ti ⟵
Introverted Thinking
cognitive attention needs to be practiced on internal rational conclusions, like a muscle.
Practical personal opinions. Thinking functions are rational, while feeling functions are emotionally reasoned- so Ti users have somewhat harsh inner opinions.
Inferior Ti leaves a 'push-pull' dynamic toward politeness, and builds annoyed resentment when ignored (to prioritize Fe).
Balancing inf Ti involves taking your personal critic into account when interacting with others, socially.
Ti is subjective rightness, and feels self-affirmed in it's logic. Has a self identity in it's personal convictions, and is fully able to coexist with the idea of others having their own logic.
(Te, in contrast, needs a "single, objective correct")

The main difference here is that FeNi’s Ti is running quietly in the background, so they are not as readily able in the moment to trace the path of their logic."

Sx1 is countertyped, but still has all the qualities of 1 (through 2nd instinct, self-pres).personally, much less aggressive than Naranjo initially described, since his studies are through a psychiatric extreme.
still applies critical standards to others. frustration through morality.
simultaneously self-directed in the style of sp1.i would describe a healthier Sx1 as "satisfaction", rather than anger. on the avoidant side (w9), would rather "turn the other cheek" or internalize frustration with others.

⟶ "double assertive, shows unfettered attitude. ambition is less intense. combines efficiency with entertainment, "life is a game". competitive. wants to be seen as impressive, 'on top of their game'. natural entertainer, can cheat/lie under a pleasant disguise. may appear fake......heavy effort to hide weakness, signs of failure, disappointment. adds focus to seven, possibilities to three."

Sx-image fix: Using a persona to repulse and attract specific kinds of people. Using image to show off “your colors”, and compete. Literal peacocking.
VELF
The Harbinger
Takes control over their identity through immersing themselves in information about people. This enables them to complete their goals, without unfair criticism.
"Leader-like, socially aware, chameleons, confident, emotionally present, argumentative, warm, concealed, strategic, detailed, or entirely contradictory if you manage to encounter them while they are strategizing."
1V-4
The 1-4 subtype is the most hidden of the confident attitudes, as they prefer to blend into situations. This restraint can lead others to underestimate their confidence, and in-turn, feel shocked by the aggression that comes. 1-4 does not hesitate to share opinions when prompted- just prefers to keep a low profile.
VELFs often hide their own desires for specific outcomes by creating a more agreeable depiction of themselves.
They strongly believe in their decided "life direction", but will invest in how this image affects their ability to charm and lead others.
Wants to get their message out to the world, without consulting or adhering to the desires of others. Is much more disagreeable than they reveal.
2E-2
VELFs have the most assertive, yet elastic relationship with 2E. Takes personal relationships extremely seriously, but externally presents as neutral.
Can be difficult for others to understand where the VELF stands with people- further complicating the aspect, as they highly value the personal opinions and emotional expressions of others.Able to feel intense rage & hatred towards someone, while still validating their merits as a person. Can appear very 1E in this way.
Appears "gray" or lacking in extreme attitudes, since they recognize & acknowledge entire scopes.
2-2 subtype has large range of information and opinions towards aspect. Constantly moves forward with it, to explore every piece within their mind. Balance of focus between others and self, and always testing opinions with others, as to have consistent dialogue. Focus on exploration > results. Can undergo intense pressure without budging, because they're curious about the "why" behind constructs- even if it means putting self in precarious situations. Has the most patience for others who are destructive and skeptical.
